½ Pasture-Raised Angus Beef (291lbs. Hanging Weight)

This pasture-raised side of beef includes NY strips, filet mignon's , delmonico Steaks, Sirloin Steaks, London Broil, 2 Eye Roasts,1 Rump Roast, 2 Chuck Roasts - Ground Beef, Beef Stew Cubes, Brisket, Flank Steak, Skirt Steaks, Short Ribs, Soup Bones, Liver. This side has more ground beef than usual - around 100lbs or so of hamburger. This beef was primarily grass-fed and finished but did receive a little bit of grain supplement. Vacuum Sealed for long-lasting freshness. Take-home weight is about 55-60% of hanging weight. Usually our sides of beef comprise the following.
